History

Founded on June 1, 1981, De Credico & Associates, Inc. began operations as a Specialty Broker. Now, we are the leading full-service, mid-size broker in the Northern California marketplace.

Over the years, we have purchased or acquired numerous small independent brokerage firms:

Through these acquisitions, we have acquired key personnel and principals that have given us the opportunity to reinvest in our business and become one of the most respected brokers in Northern California.

Additionally, because of the uniqueness of the California marketplace, with buying offices in Northern and Southern California as well as centralized procurement, we have formed business alliances with various independent brokers throughout the country. These strong business relationships allow us the opportunity to expand our coverage to include the entire state of California and other markets. De Credico & Associates is also a founding partner in ICOS, a stand alone sales and marketing company built exclusively to manage your business at Safeway nationally.
