Utilizing our gifted staff and outside sources, we are able to provide our manufacturers and customers with the latest in reports, presentations, and schematics.

On-site we have the latest desktop publishing technology - full color scanning, Adobe Photoshop, Xerox Fiery color printing - that allows us to publish a myriad of projects with professional results.

We use a software package for our order entry management that monitors all sales, products, promotions, trends, and maintains our historical data. We are UCS/EDI capable and are currently trading with all customers and manufacturers who are also EDI capable.

Using a variety of sources, we are able to provide product information not only in our marketplace, but also nationwide. We subscribe to CATS, an ad tracking service, and are able to write schematics and maintain reset integrity through various outsource vendors.

All "in house" and outside personnel utilize personal computers. With Windows 98, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CATS, e-mail and PC-to-PC communication.

In addition to access to IRi and Neilsen data, we also access InfoScan Reviews through MarketScope International. We continue to move forward in our pursuit of offering our best to our customers and manufacturers and as opportunities present themselves we move more of these services in-house.
